Follow Empedokles to his Statue. When you get to the statue, the priestess is there arguing with Empedokles. She questions whether or not he is an actual god, and the two look to you to settle it. If you back up Empedokles the priestess will leave in a huff. Empedokles will then give you a new quest, 529 drachmae, and the Penitent’s Blade.
